What do I do if my Mac is not working?

1. Check your warranty status.
2.
Try to restart your Mac. Switch off and reboot.
3. Check all power cords are connected properly or whether they are cause of the problem.
4. Check that you have performed a data backup. You may wish to take advantage of our Pre-Service Backup which can be performed prior to service repair.

What do I do if my iPod is not working?

1. Ensure your iPod is fully charged.
2. Retry your iPod with a different USB port on your computer, not a USB port on your keyboard or hub.
3. To update and reinstall your iPod software, first download and/or check the latest version of iTunes.
4.
Try a restore. Note: This will erase your songs and files so remember to backup!

Will my Mac be repaired under warranty?

Warranty service for eligible repairs is available at no charge for twelve months from the date of original retail purchase.

How long will it take to repair my Mac?

We endeavour to repair all equipment in the fastest possible time. Most of our repair are completed in 4 business days.

How much will my in-warranty service cost?

Warranty service for eligible repairs is available at no charge for 12 months from the date of original purchase. One of our qualified techs will examine your equipment to confirm that the fault is covered by the Apple warranty agreement.

How much will my out-of-warranty service cost?

As it is difficult to determine cost of every fault without examining the Mac. Drop in your faulty equipment to any of our stores and for only $75 we'll provide a thorough written quote on what is required.  Before we proceed with any work, we always obtain your authorisation. 

What damage will not be covered under warranty?

Apple excludes coverage for damage resulting from accident, disassembly, unauthorised service and unauthorised modifications. Please refer to the Apple website for further details or speak to one of our service consultants.


Apple Peripherals - Mice/ Keyboard etc

All Apple peripherals and accessories that came with your Mac will be covered by the same warranty. These include; mice, keyboard and screens. For any additional products purchased they will be covered by their own individual warranty period.
