Available to new customers and existing customers with a 13-digit account number. Included call/data/text allowance excludes some usage; such as calls/text/MMS to premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers) and to some satellite numbers, operator assisted calls (e.g. most 12xx numbers), content charges, info calls (e.g. some 11xx numbers) and use while overseas. Unused allowances expire monthly.

Freedom® Connect plans require paperless billing and electronic payment. This includes receiving an email pdf bill or accessing your bill online and paying your bill via Direct Debit, BPAY®, telstra.com, over the phone or via a CentreLink Payment / TBAP voucher. Paper billing and/or non-electronic payment options are available for a $2 (incl. GST) charge which will be applied a month in arrears if you receive a paper bill and/or make a bill payment in person or via mail. Some exemptions may apply.
