FAMILY - $499 per family
Family membership offers a cost-effective solution to bringing the whole family's Apple skills up-to-date.
Family membership is for up to 4 members of the same family, with a lower age-limit of 12 years. Please note, all minors must be accompanied by an adult iQ member when attending training sessions.

CORPORATE - $169 per person
iQ Corporate membership opens the door to Apple training for even the smallest company at a very affordable price.
With a minimum of 3 Corporate Members, your nominated staff can access unlimited Essential Skills courses for 12 months for just $169 per person.

Plus, we are happy to organise dedicated training sessions for your organisation's employees (6-12 people / daytime or evenings). Support notes are provided so your staff can refer back to their notes when applying what they have learnt in the work environment.

1. Membership is not transferable.
2. Membership is non-refundable.
3. Payment must be made in full at the time of membership purchase.
4. Photographic proof of identity is to be presented when attending training sessions and when redeeming any member benefits.
5. Replacement of membership cards will incur a $20 fee.
6. Places in each training session are limited and are subject to attendance by a minimum number of trainees. Courses may be rescheduled if minimum attendance numbers are not achieved.  Notification of rescheduling will be given within 24 hours of the course start time.  All training courses are conducted at Next Byte Rushcutters Bay’s premises at 1/137 Bayswater Road, Rushcutters Bay, NSW 2011
7. Free Mac to Mac Data Transfer is available for data transfer from/to machines running on Mac OS X 10.3 and above.  This service has a 24-hour working-day turnaround and is provided at Next Byte Rushcutters Bay’s premises at 1/137 Bayswater Road, Rushcutters Bay, NSW 2011. 
8. Free Software Updates are provided for downloadable incremental updates of the operating system provided by Apple. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that all data is backed-up before submitting a computer for its Software Update. Next Byte Rushcutters Bay accepts no responsibility for loss of data during this procedure. This service has a 24-hour working-day turnaround and is provided at Next Byte Rushcutters Bay’s premises at 1/137 Bayswater Road, Rushcutters Bay, NSW 2011.
9. Priority Hardware Service is guaranteed for repair assessment and installation of new parts; delivery of parts is subject to Apple timings. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that all data is backed-up before submitting a computer for its Hardware Service. Next Byte Rushcutters Bay accepts no responsibility for loss of data during this procedure. This service is provided at Next Byte Rushcutters Bay’s premises at 1/137 Bayswater Road, Rushcutters Bay, NSW 2011. 
10. A 20% discount on Apple Mac computer hire is available while your Mac is being repaired at the Next Byte Rushcutters Bay Service Centre. The discount rate is applied to the current rental Ratecard at the time of repair.
11. A Free Diagnostics Check is carried out once your annual membership has been renewed and paid for in full. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that all data is backed-up before submitting a computer for its Diagnostic Check; Next Byte Rushcutters Bay accepts no responsibility for loss of data during this procedure. The diagnostics check is carried out at Next Byte Rushcutters Bay’s premises at 1/137 Bayswater Road, Rushcutters Bay, NSW 2011.
12. iQ Individual Membership Fee is $249 inc GST per person and entitles the member to a 12 month membership.
13. iQ Family Membership Fee is $499 inc GST per family and permits membership of up to 4 members of any one family. The lower age limit for members is 12 years old. Minors (12 - 16 years old) must be accompanied by an adult iQ member for all training sessions.
14. iQ Corporate Membership Fee is $169 inc GST per person based on a minimum of 3 Corporate Members joining from a single organisation. The Member Company is to nominate named staff members. Memberships are not transferable within the company. Dedicated training sessions are offered subject to the Tutor's availability.
15. Next Byte Rushcutters Bay will contact you from time-to-time, via the contact details you have supplied, with information pertaining to your iQ Membership.
