Company History
Next Byte has been successfully serving the Macintosh market since March of 1995 and has quickly grown to be one of Australia’s leading Computer Resellers.
First founded in Adelaide, South Australia, Next Byte is now Australia's largest and most awarded Apple Macintosh Reseller. Next Byte is widely regarded as one of the best Apple suppliers in all markets it operates in, i.e. WA, SA, VIC, NSW, QLD and TAS.
Next Byte has 19 locations around Australia and continues to be focused on all things Apple and that relates and works with Apple products. The stores serve the retail marketplace either in store, over the phone or via email and our website.
We also service the education, both K-12 and tertiary market, corporate and government market via specialised Account Managers at the stores and also via a dedicated outbound sales force.
Next Byte has lead the Au stralian market for 10 years with dedicated training locations nationally. A recent new innovation is our in-store demonstrations in each store.

Available on the sale of Mac computer solutions (including software and peripherals purchased with your computer, but excluding Apple iPhone, vouchers, configure to order machines, special orders and headphones) purchased from Next Byte retail locations, where the solution sold by Next Byte does not do everything required by the purchaser, as advised to Next Byte at the time of purchase. For all other circumstances, please refer to the Next Byte refund policy. Online and Education purchases are ineligible, so too are purchases made via RentSmart, Flexirent or other finance deals. To be eligible, customers must have attended one complementary ‘Intro to Mac’training session and have made reasonable attempts to seek assistance with any issues during the 30 day period. Goods should be returned to original Next Byte store within 30 days from the date of invoice in as close as possible to ‘as new’ condition (with all packaging and contents included) and accompanied by original proof of purchase.

Advertised solution must be in stock and of identical make, model and specification as the solution purchased from Next Byte. Offer excludes recommended retail price and specification changes made from time to time by Apple. Value Guarantee will be approved by Next Byte Head Office upon receipt of the original proof of purchase and confirmation of quotes or advertisements.
