Pre-Service Checklist |

Step 1.
Check your warranty status.
Step 2.
Try to restart your Mac. Switch off and reboot.
Step 3.
Check all power cords are connected properly or whether they are cause of the problem
Step 4.
Check that you have performed a data backup. You may wish to take advantage of our Pre-Service Backup which can be performed prior to service repair

Non-Warranty Repairs |

If your machine is not covered by warranty, or has suffered damage that has voided its warranty (liquid damage, cracked display, a drop or other disaster) we are able to perform a full suite of diagnostic, quotation and repair services. From insurance quotations and iPod diagnosis through to Environmental Waste disposal and data recovery from our partners, if you are not covered, we have got it covered.
We have full access to all parts for Apple computers, qualified technicians to fit them, and in many cases alternative brands available to save you money. All work completed out of warranty is covered by our 90 day guarantee of workmanship.
