"I am writing to let you know that I found the customer service given to me by Yusuf to be unusually good. I am not very confident or up-to-date with technology & had come in to buy an ipad2. I was given excellent service by Yusuf & he patiently answered my myriad of questions. He did this in a way that excited me about the product & gave me confidence that I could use it with ease. Of course, once I got home & started using my iPad, I could use it because like all Apple products, it is fantastic. Equal to the product is customer service. Often, I feel irritated in shops. I am writing this because I recently had a difficult issue with my Mac Pro which became quite involved and complicated. It was due to Andrew’s assistance and persistence that it was resolved. I could see he was doing more than he was obliged to do to get the matter fixed. He gave me the impression he was informed and thinking outside the box.
He was very professional in his dealings with me even though he was being dealt some robust abuse. It is attitudes like Andrew’s that do more than any ads and result in more customers. Due to my experience I will be definitely be directing my business to this store even though there is a closer Apple store"
